A Guild Party

Early this morning ('last night' for them) myself, Zick and Eiyuu were trying different places in a combination of wanting to find gear and level. We quickly realised Odins was a bit of a stretch for us, especially without a Priest and we knew that Nameless would be the same.

So I just had the idea to see if we can organise a proper, guild run to somewhere with lots of nice drops. If it works and we get enough people and don't all die in seconds, we can make it a regular thing.

Why we should do this and why you should come: Because people tend to try and tackle everything either solo or in very small groups and the game wasn't designed to be played that way, it will be easier for everybody in a larger party, more fun, sociable and still very nice experience. On top of all that you have a chance of getting a really nice piece of equipment or card for yourself out of it.

What we need: Ideally everybody would be in share range. I think for that purpose we should aim for around 85-95 in levels, because I think a lot of guild members are in that bracket right now. If we can't share, we can always make 2 parties that each support each other or just leave it on each take. We definitely need a Priest to play support, ideally a couple, besides that anyone's welcome.

When and where: I was thinking since I'd already mentioned it we could start with Odin's Temple and specifically Skeggiolds. Why? Because they drop the armor Odin's Blessing which nearly everyone wants, trust me. As for when... well I don't want to make it too short notice and some people need time to level, so how about the weekend? Saturday or Sunday, whichever is better. And we'll time it just for when the most people are online!

So guys, let me know what you think. If you've played other online games which I'm sure most of you have you can think of this like a mini 'raid' with the idea that we get geared up, some experience and learn to work as a team together. Not to mention it should be a lot of fun.

Odin's is our first destination we can do Geffenia next time? The reason I think Odin's would be better is that the drops there are needed and wanted by nearly everybody. But what we can do is try an hour of Odin's then move to Geffenia, we'll see on the day what happens.

Looks like lots of you are keen on this idea and that's great to see! Just come online Saturday and as soon as we have lots of people around we'll set off.
